How Do I Join Sleepless City Coffee Roasters Rewards Program?
Create a Sleepless City Coffee Roasters customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $2* you spend in store (1 point for $1 once you reach VIP tier). Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.
*Terms and conditions - Points are only earnt on Hot & Cold drinks.
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward. You can use your reward during checkout and will be prompted by a staff member.

Rewards can only be redeemed once.
Rewards are redeemable for a purchase LESS than the full value of the reward. Ie: You can redeem $5 off for a $4.50 purchase, however the remaining reward value is void.
If you return any of the items purchased with a reward, the reward discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
